Elizabeth "Liz" Seif is an enthusiastic and energetic attorney who has been practicing law since 1998. She is a lifelong Kentuckian and is proud to serve Kentuckians. She believes in the ideal of justice for all and believes that justice can only be achieved by ethical means.

As a small-firm practitioner, without big-firm overhead and without layers of big-firm bureaucracy, Ms. Seif is efficient and flexible in her dealings with clients. She handles "small" matters that big firms aren稚 interested in, knowing those matters aren稚 small to her clients. She also handles "big" cases, sometimes in association with other lawyers.

In the litigation arena, Ms. Seif is experienced in representing both plaintiffs (people bringing claims) and defendants (people against whom claims are brought). This gives her a breadth of experience and perspective that makes her a better lawyer and helps all her clients.

She is an able user of technology both in the courtroom and in the management of her office. Technology, however, is never a substitute for personal contact.

Ms. Seif gives her clients knowledgeable and effective help with their legal problems and the personal attention they want and deserve. She keeps her clients well-informed, returns telephone calls and e-mails promptly, and pays attention to her clients' needs.
