FEES AND COSTS

Please note: These are Ms. Seif's usual and customary fees. If the legal services you need are unusual, different fees may apply. In any event, fees will always be discussed in advance and subject to your acceptance. When litigation costs are advanced in contingency-fee matters, costs will be deducted from your recovery after calculation of the contingency fee. [Example] If there is no recovery, costs are still your responsibility, but Ms. Seif may, at her discretion, waive her right to be reimbursed for costs advanced.

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

Motor vehicle accidents: 33-1/3% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee
Falls: 33-1/3% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee
Products liability: 40% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee
Other negligence: 33-1/3% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee
Medical malpractice: 40% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee

Appeals

5% contingency fee -- No recovery, no fee

Estate Planning

Will Package: Flat fee of $250 for one person or $300 for two people who live together

Will Package includes:

• Will for each person
• Living Will (Advance Directive) for each person if desired
• Durable Power of Attorney for each person if appropriate and desired
• Unlimited personal consultations
• 30-day change-your-mind guarantee: If you change your mind about anything in the will -- who to name as guardian of your children, who gets grandmother's ruby ring -- within 30 days of your will signing, Ms. Seif will make the changes and redo the will signing at no additional charge.

Contract Review and Drafting

$125 per hour or an agreed-to flat fee
